The most of our body repairing events occur in sleep. Many enzymatic activity happens when we sleep .

Actually we all lose some weight during sleep.

Yes, a proper diet is very essential for losing weight but you do need proper sleep at the same time .

So, here are some valuable tips to follow while sleeping :

 

#1 Cooler Temperature of Room :

Study proves that the cooler temperature of room helps to break down the brown fat from our body . So, try to maintain a cool environment . We can't tell the exact temperature because it varies place to place with the surrounding environment and living . Our body always try to maintain its core body temperature by burning fat. The polar bear try to consume as much fat as possible to maintain their body temperature in that kind of cold environment . But you don't need to sleep in a freezing cold room which is bad for your metabolic activity.

#2 Drink Green Tea :

Green tea have lots of antioxidants which have a good function in to lose weight. It increase the metabolic activity in your body . Taking green tea 3-4 times is very good with burning fat . Don't take green tea right before bed, maintain at least  1-2 hours .

#3 Maintain Low Light :

Always try to maintain darkness in the room . The low light helps to secret melatonin hormone which is a essential hormone for sleep. Avoid mobiles , computer or television before sleep because of the blue light. As we know a continuous  6-8 hours sleep is very essential to do all metabolic activity properly and to burn fat also.

#4 Exercise and Sleep : 

Proper exercise is required lose weight while sleeping . Don't do exercise right before sleep, at least maintain 4-5 hours gap. During exercise our muscle and tissue breaks which needs a good sleep to repair . Without proper sleep your leptin level will go down and ghrelin (hormone that is responsible for hunger)  level will go down .

#5 High Protein and Fat Before Sleep :

High protein and fat is good for you fat burning . Take slow releasing protein like casein (found in milk). It will help to repair your muscle.Fat slows the digestion process. Don't take too much carbs before bed either the body will try to store it.

#6 Don't Eat too Much Before Sleep :

Eating too much will definitely cause problems in digestion and enzymatic activity. Body will try to store those calories .Eat required water to digest the food properly.
